Black List Admin
i have the Black List module installed and need to know if there is a way to check that. I have staff that monitor activity and can’t have them being blocked. Right now I don’t know where to look to see if someone has been blocked and would that mean that the Administrator could be blocked? Thanks for your help.

If a user is allowed to use Block function then he can block any user on the site, because it's his personal decision and blocking is set just before them.
But I think it's a good idea to disallow to block 'Admins' and some kind of back end for admins should be added too.
We'll include these changes in the nearest version.

That sounds great. In the meantime is there a way I can manually unblock my admins?

Also if someone is being blocked and I turn of that feature shouldn’t they then be able to see the profile? Because I did that and my staff still couldn’t see it.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do it without manual changes in database which aren't easy.> Also if someone is being blocked and I turn of that feature shouldn’t they then be able to see the profile?
Yes, if the app is disabled then blocking doen't work.---

Ok so I turned it off (unchecking not allow to see profile) but my staff still can not see the user’s profile. I agree the user should be able to block other users but they don’t own the site I do and I have to be able to enforce my terms and conditions which I can’t do if my staff and even myself could be blocked. I can’t even confirm if in fact black list is what’s causing the issue which is in itself problematic.

If there is a way for you to control other peoples profiles Id assume you can control their profile and unblock you.

1. If you disabled the app then blocking feature doesn't work. Why do you think that your profile is still blocked?2. New version of Black Lists app was released. Now advanced users cannot be blocked and also they can view (manage) all cross members' blocks.

Because they are getting access denied- i don’t think it’s your app at this time though

I have done some testing and noticed that if regular user is blocked, they can still see avatar & profile cover of user that initiated the block, can you please fix that AQB Soft

The possibilities to Hide Avatar and Hide Cover aren't listed in features of current version. I think, we would be able to include them in the next version.
