Stripe Payments

Concerning the issue of Stripe Payments error using the standard Stripe setup in UNA. If I am reading between the lines from our messaging, the work around is  to purchase Stripe Connect and Market from the Apps Market and add Stripe Connect Standard to my Stripe account so that i can access the product page seen in the screenshot in messager, create a product, copy Price -> API ID contents, next go to UNA Market App and create a product, and paste the Price -> API ID contents into the 'Name' field. Are both Stripe Connect and Market UNA apps required or just the Market app?

    • Hello, If you want to sell something on your site using Stripe you don't need to have Stripe Connect. You just need to install Payments and Market (and/or Paid Levels) apps, configure Stripe under a seller profile in User End -> Account -> Settings -> Payments -> Stripe and start to create products. First of all you need to create product in Stripe and then create similar in UNA Market entering Price API ID which was received in Stripe. That's all.

      • Also Paid Levels app was updated a bit to allow to enter/edit 'Name' manually. It means that Price API IDs can be used here too.

        • It seems as if every time i try to get this problem worked out I have to start over again. I repeat that in my stripe account-products there is not a price id field. I have even sent a screen shot of an existing product page in stripe at last 2 other times. In fact you asked me once to ask their support where that field is. Well it is not in the new stripe dashboard version and they in a round-a-bout way said that they were not going to give me access to a previous version that contained that field. I purchased and installed the payment levels in july 18th and still can not get a payment transaction to go through with out an error. I have search their site everywhere to try to find where this Price ID may be found and my communacations with stripe support says it no longer used on new version. Is it possible that my stripe account is the wrong type? It is business account with billing. Your refer to the "Price API ID which was received in Stripe"; i have yet seen that anywhere in my dashboard, product page, logs or reports.

            In new version of Stripe API they don't allow to enter API (Price) ID manually, they generate it automatically during product creation. Could you please check you Stripe account's Dashboard -> Products -> Select some product. You should see something like this:

            API ID is available to copy in Pricing block.

            • Screenshot of edit price details from my stripe account. I keep wondering why there is a difference product form. I am using una  payments and paid levels not market? Notice no API Id field. What type of account do you have? My is business with billing. No api reference anywhere. Is it possible that I have set up the wrong account type?

              • They have no solution. Throw this framework away.

                • At least, they should support the mini interface for stripe payment.
                  Card Number, Card BrandNumber, etc.

                  But their is no field and only Button is working now.
