checking in after 1.5 year and still not the shadow of a job board module ?

We are a community platform. Jobs functionality can be implemented with the Ads Module for generic Jobs Classifieds. A more specialised Jobs module may eventually be released, but there is no one conventional way of building a Jobs site - some rely on communications and promotions, some are databases of resumes and job offers, some are freelancing marketplaces with bidding, some are de-facto recruiters CRMs. We are happy to build a more specific implementation for you, but out of the box Ads is the way to go.
