Custom Styles

As more and more people are starting to customize their websites it looks like people need more code for custom styles in Template. Can we add a discussion area for that? People can drop code snippets for color changes, etc. Like a Library of sorts so people can just grab and play with custom style coding. This would be extremely helpful for people that don't code or just know a little.
