How to enable recommended people block

I added the Recommended people block but it doesn't appear on my page, I have 4 users on the system but it doesn't even appear on the empty block, how to make it work?

      So please specify some points:

      1) this block was added to your page and enabled;

      2) this page and block are available for the permissions level of your user viewing this page;

      If both points are so then please provide me via Messenger your UNA studio access and the name of your page.
