UNA Hosting Recomendations

I have some people that want to build a website for their organization. Nothing with alot of traffic, more for informational. They dont have a huge budget for servers. I know some people have used TMD hosting but I heard they dont support videos and stuff. Is there a plan they have that does? Any other cheap hosting services built for UNA?

humm.. TMD supports videos. I am on a VPS. You may also use offsite video processing services.

So TMD can do everything UNA Cloud Can? I am currently using UNA Cloud for my own website but the people that need a website created won't be able to afford $100 a month.
