Page submenus not showing

Used to be that when you went to a page homepage there was a slide submenu on top that led you to other pages like Popular, Latest, Manage, Search....

When I add a submenu to a homepage well it's not there anymore. There's no more slide menus on top. Nothing is there.

    • I see I have to add all the menus manually even though the page has the option to add a submenu even if the option when enabled doesn't actually show a submenu
