Email, IP Address

So how would one hide email for profile info and IP address? I currently show these on profiles. I would like to hide them since they are sensitive data of the members on site, I can't seem to find the place you would do this request. I looked in forms and everywhere I have seen, there is no way to even select them to adjust needs.
