UNA 11.04 misreporting mod_rewrite status on dashboard

I'm running UNA on Ubuntu 20.04 and the server audit claims that mod_rewrite is not installed or enabled.  However, I have confirmed from CLI that mod_rewrite is both installed and enabled.  Has anyone else ran into this?  Have you found a solution?
