Contact Form Email Address

I am looking to change the contact form email address and believe that is under the Polygot but not sure what specific field. Can anyone provide that? Thanks!

However that is the global notifications address.
Im looking to change just the mailto address for the Contact Us Form.

In the Studio->Settings->Contact you may find this option "Email address to receive messages (if empty, site's email will be used)".

Can you not just change the contact form mail to address separately?

Of course yes, as Leonid said, the address here is only for the form.
If and only if you leave this field blank, then the site's email address will be used.
