videos publishing before all thumbnails are created

The videos are publishing before all thumbnails are created and people are seeing gray boxes in pages such as videos home.

      Please specify do those pictures of videos appear? Or left as unprocessed or hidden?I asked because the video convertation generates the thumbnails first so it's very unusual behavior.

      • It looks like it is publishing before it encodes the last thumbnail.
