Is there any way I can add that Embedly Add Link button to my discussions post form?

When I go to my feed to make a post I can see a chain link button that allows me to use embedly with that post. When I make posts to my Discussions / Forum area I don't see that chain link embedly button there as an option when making a post. Is there any way I can add that Embedly Add Link button to my discussions post form? Thank you in advance.
