Video Conversion
LeonidS Videos are not converting on the website. I reached out to TMD hosting and this is the response they gave me. See attached screenshot the TMD respons. Can you help?

I see a consistent problem with video conversions from TMD customers.

Did you check sys_transcoder_queue in your database and see what's in the log column? Usually UNA will be good about putting the output from the ffmpeg command there. If nothing is appearing there then the issue might somewhere else such as the wrong location of ffmpeg in the header.inc.php file.
Also, the cronjob for Apache needs to be working properly as that's what triggers the encoding process to begin with.

Well, if they insist you may change the value of the BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG constant in the inc/header.inc.php file.
PS Usually, the trouble with TMD was connected with this issue https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/3209 but it was included to the actual UNA version.

Should it take over two hours for a video convert? That is what has been happening then it finally times out he does not convert. -

do you see the files in the TMP folder? .. try disabling the HTTP/2 on server

If you have a social site without functioning video, you have precious little. Visitors will scurry away much faster than they came.
If you are dealing with TMD without an expensive VPS or Dedicated server plan, you are also wasting your time. Unless your videos are only a few seconds in length.
Did you notice how I just used the word 'scurry'. That is because I am a raccoon and that is what we like to do...

A alternative to the Video mod is Embed Video mod which can get you by to start with until you can afford a professional streaming service or you're own very large private server with over a gigabit internet connection.
