Keyword Search shows users irrespective of their visibility setting

Hi,

users can select the visibility in their privacy settings. However, their cover and name are shown in the search results irrespective of this setting. Is there any way to avoid this. I have found several discussions on the topic but no solution that really works for me. The keyword search is great and easy to use so I don't want to miss it. But the user topic is a real privacy issue for me.
