Mobile app notifications
My mobile app notifications still are not working. Is this a problem with the UNA mobile apps or is it my mobile apps setup? I just had them updated about two weeks ago so they should be up to date. I'm told that the apps are setup correctly. Is there anything on the site side of this I can look into? Are others having this problem with mobile notifications also?

Please check your OneSignal account, PUSH notifications are setup there, if browser or iOS notifications are working then Android should work as well, if only Android notifications aren't working then it's setup improperly in OneSignal.

As Alex T⚜️ suggests, we are seeing notifications working with OneSignal on all mobile devices including watches.
You can find the settings in:
> Studio; Settings; Scroll down to "Push Notifications"
If you are looking for notifications to show up in the "Mobile App" its self, we have never seen that work.
We do not see notification counts in the mobile app.

Yes I do have one signal setup in studio. They work fine on mobiles if using browsers but not in mobile apps at all.

Thanks InPage . I was looking in the Onesignal website and ran across this page for setting up Native App Platforms. It looks like they are asking for some info from the mobile apps. I didn't set up mobile apps so I don't know what they are asking for.. But your saying that the mobile app notifications won't work anyway?

I am not saying that Mobile Notifications will not work.. I am saying that you will not see a count of notifications in the app.
Using OneSignal you will absolutely get NOTIFICATIONS on your Phone, Tablets and Watches.

What I'm wondering about is setting up Native App Platforms in Onesignal. It seems that they need to be setup for mobile app notifications to work. Do mobile app notifications work on your site and if so did you have to set these up also?

As I remember notifications badges in UNA 12 work fine, so no fix should be required.

For 11.04 the notification badges of the mobile app is not working since the update from 10 > 11.04. Alex T⚜️

What is your mobile app version ? it maybe it's a bit outdated.

We are seeing the notifications counter showing on the Persons ICON and not on the NOTIFICATIONS BELL, this is also happening on the updated app, any suggestion on how to move this over to the Bell Icon?
