Access Denied for your IP

Hi All.
Trying to setup Jot Sever for the first time, everything seems okay but when trying to connect to chat, I see in the logs a message "Access Denied for your IP". I can't really find a reference to this ? Any help would be appreciated.

    • Hello Brad,

      Looks like you have set wrong IP in Jot Server configuration (config/config.json). I have indicated item in config on attached image. If you are sure that you defined correct IP of the server, then you may try to add also local server IP 127.0.0.1 to the list and then restart Jot Server.

        Thanks for that. I didn't have an IP in there, I had the domain name (which resolves to the the same IP) but happy that it's working.
