Icons Not Updating When Added to Buttons

I've changed the icons to the Feature and Favorite buttons in Groups, Persons, Organization and Snipcart modules. 

However the icons are not changing from the bookmark icon to the star icon for the favorite button and from the star icon to the splotch icon for the feature button. 

The video shows how I changed the icons in Snipcart module. I changed them the same way for the other modules.
