Image Moderation

I have a suggestion, I believe it has been mentioned before but unsure.  I know with the old Dolphin platform, site admins were able to set it up so that when users uploaded images, they needed to be moderated and approved by admins before they were visible on the site.  Is this something that can be integrated within UNA, maybe into the photos and/or albums apps?  This is a feature that needs to be implemented to make sure that users are not uploading and sharing illegal or copyrighted works which can get sites shut down.

PS:  If this is something that is already available where is the option set or where is the module that allows this.  Also moderation of timeline and discussion posts would be nice as well to help weed out cyber bullys etc.
