All Feeds Outline and All Feeds Timeline now show up empty

All Feeds Outline blocks and All Feeds Timeline blocks no longer grab feed items and just display "empty". They also no longer have the ability to toggle between Feed, Public, Hot. This is after new update. Timeline version is 12.0.8
