deleting spammers

LeonidS  Alex T⚜️ . I deleted a spammer using "Delete with Content" in studio > accounts > manage but it did not delete messages sent by the spammer.  can this be addressed in the next update? 

Also how can I block an IP address? I don't see that option on the accounts page.

      You'd better delete the spam accounts with the "Delete with content" button in the Studio->Accounts->Manage area. The work with IP and bans can be regulated in the Studio->Antispam app.

      • Thanks LeonidS . I would do that but "Delete with Content" doesn't work. It just hangs.  All I can do is "Delete". Seems like there should be option on the accounts page to "Ban users IP".

        • If the "Delete with Content" action doesn't work then it needs to find what is wrong, usually, some error may prevent the correct end of this command. According to your records in another thread, I suggest that the deal is in the 3rd party mods.

          • If your talking about the games mod that was fixed yesterday but the delete with content problem is still there.
