No Notification of Member wanting to Join Event

I'd rather this be troubleshooting but I'll put it in Suggestions.

I just noticed that I don't get any notifications when a member wants to join an event. This might also go for Groups.

I just randomly have to look under the members link to see if anyone is requesting to join.

    • For me, it appears in Notifications of Group Admin. However to receive that  the Event starter have to :

      •  Join Event
      •  Add oneself to Admins

      Which both are very annoying and unclear feature, because:

      •  Event starter in 99% of cases IS participator and want to Join it
      •  in no less cases Event starter want to manage it, means to be an Admin from first place.
