Video Mod Additonal Features

I really cool enhancement for the video mod would be to be able to some how tag or select certain videos that can have a block to show from a set start time to a set end time. This would allow any page to present a single video for a set period of time. These would have their own manager page where you could include a number of videos and then select show times for each.
