Uploading Images

Under the modules Customize and Point Module i have a problem with uploading images, is it a problem of me or by the modules?

maybee when i like to insert a picture for creating levels under the ABA Point system
or when i like to insert a background image under Costomize module from MSolutions

Customize for me isn't working. I know MSoulutions was looking into it
