So, I decided to install my site on a different server, this one dedicated to the site, and I started all over with the installation. I thought I would be able to move the template and Modules I purchased to the new server, but when I go to purchases in the Studio, it shows no purchases. I have made sure to include my key & secret associated with my account and I have a "download" button when I click the template within the Studio, but when i click it, a small balloon pops up in the left corner that says "Empty" and nothing else happens. I'm able to download what I've purchased via the una.io website, but not within the Studio on my site. I've read that I could install the addons via FTP, but it's not recommended because they won't be updated.
So, I've successfully installed and configured the site how I want it and I've been very happy with the whole process. However, at the last minute, I was told that the URL needed to be changed. I need the original "oldurl" to actually display "newurl". I've already added the new url to my cpanel and have it setup so that when it is visited, the user is redirected to the old url and the site. The problem: is the old url is displayed. I know this could possibly be done via mod_rewrite, or so I've read in my research, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it, since it that both the URL in the address bar and the web page being viewed must be located on the same domain as the .htaccess file. I've also read that it could be done via a frame, but the customer doesn't want it in a frame. What should I do? I'd rather not recreate the entire site in the new directory.
So, this is my first time using this platform and I am really enjoying it. That said, I purchased Lucid and I am in the process of setting up the site. I enabled 2FA, with SMS and I logged out of the site, just to see what it would look like, and now I can't log back in because I didn't configure anything having to do with the SMS. How do I get back in?
