I managed to install another language but having problem with date and time. Where should I changed date and time language?

I tried setting as per your suggestion. Still not successful.

If you want to set the English format for the date and time, then this should work, because these are the default settings.
But there may be other reasons, such as encoding. If this does not help, you need to look in place.

I believe FaceCrook does not allow any sharing from their site. However you can try this....
