I tried to set up the phone number confirmation on my website. I did the twilio settings and also completed the setting on my backend but after all that, my users still get error message when trying to confirm their phone number.
So I decided to implement the AQB Soft point system on my website and just as I imagined, a lot of people accepted it and it works fine UNTIL my users want to use the option of 'point to cash' and they cant do that on mobile cuz the popup always close up before they can click on the options. I thought its my settings so I went to point setting and reduced the number of notification to just 5 so that the option will come up with the notifications but all the setting didnt reflect in the front end.
Now my member will have to get on a pc before they can use the options. this is not cool. it even happens here on UNA. if you have a lot of point notifications, just get on your phone and try to scroll down so you can click on the options.
