I was making edits to forms and I was in the change password form. I tried to add a button to "submit" when I realized "sign up" was a submit button. Suddenly I was signed out and now I am not able to access studio even though I am entering my credentials. It just has me as a member and now I am unable to complete forget password as I had not set up captcha yet.

I am using my own host, is there anywhere in the files where I can find the profile configurations? Or will I have to reinstall the entire thing again?
