I am new and not sure where to post my questions. To be honest I have answered most of my own questions so far except for once and I really think he responded only to tell me not to double post. Is there support for the modules I paid/pay for?
I just installed and do not have access to user settings under accounts
I thought I should be able to elevate users and control privilege's
I include a screenshot that shows there is no settings gear icon to the right of any accounts

I am trying to figure out how to control or turn off the create account from placing itself in the middle of my page. I cannot post link but it is lounge.hemphq com
I did find that it only happens when I enable the splash screen in my home page. I found that if I remove the code below from splash settings in pages it is gone but I wonder if that will break something else
