I use UNA Version: 12.1.0
My page is https://tnea.ar
Today, when logging in as Administrator, I encounter the following problem:
- The first time I want to log in I always get the message “Token expired. Please try again.”
- The next time the error no longer appears, however the same home page appears.
- To check then if I am logged in or not, I try the following: I entered https://tnea.ar/studio/ and it requests login, therefore I think that the login did not work, however if I enter https://tnea.ar/studio/module.php?name=bx_accounts or https://tnea.ar/studio/launcher.php lets me log in and to make matters worse it does so with “another user” instead of my Administrator user (screenshot attached).
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Until yesterday, Sunday, everything was working correctly and I have not made any changes or updates to the software. What do you suggest I do?
Could it be a hack?
I want to mention that the same thing happens to a common user.

After logging in, the main page is not displayed, it gives an HTTP ERROR 500 error.
The same thing happens if I write https://tnoa.com.ar/index.php
I can access the other pages without problems.
Does anyone have any idea where the problem could be?
I clarify that until a few days ago it was working correctly and I did not make any changes.

Apparently it stopped working when I changed my hosting plan (TMD) and now the bx_smtp_mailer.log file is over 11gb.
I am still using version 12 of UNA.
How do I make that file smaller? Can it be deleted and recreated automatically?
I have attached a screenshot of the settings.
I clarify that the test mode does work.

I am using version 12 (stable).
During the day I was working without problems, suddenly this happens: I can enter the page www.tnea.ar but after logging in it gives HTTP ERROR 500
I consulted the hosting (TMD) and they say:
I asked them if the problem could be due to the PHP version, because I saw that I was using 8.2.4
So they switched to PHP 7.4 and then I was able to login with no problem.
However TMD informs me:
What are those errors? Are they serious errors?

I select "Without profiles", then click "Export". The generated file contains all of the accounts instead of just the accounts without profiles.

Has this happened to anyone?
I click on "Followers" and the list is displayed.
Then clicking on any link on the page causes the page to hang for a few minutes.
Could this be caused by one of the errors and warnings that can be seen on the console to the right?
My version of UNA is the 13 RC3
I tried similar functionality on the UNA page and it doesn't hang.

I tried to update from 12.1.0 to 13RC3
First a message was displayed saying that the site was under maintenance.
Then, following the directions I read in another thread, I checked the upgrade.log file:

12.1.0-13.0.0.A1 upgrade will be applied
File permissions are ok and can be overwritten
Files copying successfully completed
Deprecated files were successfully deleted or there is no files to delete
System files hash was successfully updated
System SQL script was successfully executed
The following languages will be affected for system:
- No languages will be affected
System after update custom script was successfully executed
Apparently everything went well, so I deleted the .bx_maintenance file in the UNA root folder.
I still can't log in to my page:
This page is not working
The tnoa.com.ar page cannot process this request at this time.
HTTP ERROR 500
Anyone knows how to solve this?

I need to reduce the space used on disk.
I was checking the storage folder and I could see that what takes up the most space are the profile and cover photos of the people and the photos published in the forums.
I thought about deleting the accounts of people who have not entered the network for years. And the forums that were published more than 1 year ago and are no longer active.
Is there a third party app that allows me to do this? would be ideal.
Or would I have to do it using sql statements? In this case, what should I take into account when deleting a record from the accounts table, for example, or from the forums table? because surely they are related to other tables, but I don't know where I can see that relationship.
