After spending hours trying, I cannot find a way to apply custom CSS to change the homepage layout which is closest to the one we prefer. Even though we are changing it using chrome develop tools, when we install the change in custom CSS (protean) the system does not show the changes. Someone suggested that it may not be possible to change this, and that I should file a request for more layouts.

Consider that if there is an active forum, then the content is where the discussions will be displayed on the homepage because the bars are too small. But if the person uses a phone device, he will have to scroll through the left bar before he can get to the content (50% middle column) and that discourages people from accessing the site.

Leonids discussed this with me already (https://una.io/page/view-discussion?id=3199) but I cannot get it to change using custom CSS even though I can get it done using chrome developer tools.

in the Protean template, on the pages section for the Homepage, there is a layout selection which does not have

top area with 50%/25%/25% selection.

It does have

top area with 25%/50%/25%

This is also listed as thin-half-thin

but in that configuration, I need half-thin-thin

I tried to change this with CSS in the custom area of the protean template but was unsuccessful because it seems that bar 1 and bar 2 are actually the two outer bars linked together.

How can the character limit be adjusted for New Discussions in the Discussions module?

The Boonex Video app allowed members to upload YouTube videos. The UNA video APP is described like this:

Videos app is focused on YouTube-like video sharing. 

Does this mean video sharing only by the admin?

It seems that it means video sharing only by the admin and not by input from members.

Why is this APP not similar to the one for Boonex.

Is there any plan for UNA video to be accessible to members where any member an upload videos from YouTube and elsewhere?

Where in studio is there the place to change facebook and google icons which are in the log-in and sign-in forms?

Just wanted to know how to fix the 3 fail below in the host tools:

MySQL:

• key_buffer_size = 1073741824 - OK
• query_cache_limit = 1048576 - OK
• query_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be >= 16777216)
• query_cache_type = OFF - FAIL (must be strcasecmp on)
• max_heap_table_size = 16777216 - OK
• tmp_table_size = 16777216 - OK
• thread_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be > 0)

What is the recommended way to upload a favicon? And is it necessary to reupload each time UNA upgrades?

If it is not in consideration already, it should be discussed that the UNA video module should have a method to embed YouTube Videos. 

The Boonex video module has the facility for members (not just admin) to embed YouTube videos. 

This means that now if a site transfers from Boonex to UNA that is missing in the module. 

Why was it not included in UNA?
