CrossFit dumps Facebook, falls in love with UNA?

I found this on my feeds this morning, global fitness powerhouse CrossFit ditches Facebook due the the belligerent deletion of one of their Facebook groups with 1.6 million users (ouch..)
Imagine building a community of 1.6 million users and then having it deleted without reason or warning...?
As my friends at CopyBlogger.com are fond of saying - you should never build your  castle on someone else's soil.

A bold move from the fierce folks at CrossFit (also deleting Insta) -  a big statement to to Social Media monopolies that their monopolies are due to crumble.

Anyways I just sent a letter to the CEO at CrossFit - will keep you posted with their reponse ;)

    • Yes Mark, it happens also on Youtube, lately a chain of independent French media which does an excellent job of information for the listeners, besides they are financed only by their donts, thus free,, lost lately 4 years working. Pretext, a copyright problem on 15 seconds in the show on the last posted newspaper. Yet they corrected, immediately. Youtube did not delete the video only, no, Hop whole chain deleted, all lost, 5,000 shows and 100,000 subscribers. So, it looks like it happens more and more often, and in my opinion, you will have a lot of letters to send in the coming years. I understand that you speak French.
