There is no setting on the Permissions App for the 'My Popularity' module. How to set its permission based on membership levels? I would like the module to be available to paid members only. (Premium, etc). Only them can use it. Thanks.

  Hello. This app aggregates data and shows it in one place. But it doesn't add any new actions which can be integrated with ACL. But I think you still can realize your idea. You just need to change visibility of My Popularity page and menu items to be visible to necessary membership levels.
