Recipe

This adds a section for your site where members can upload and share their favorite Recipes.

General features

  • Site home page has recent recipes block
  • Various browsing options are available such as Latest, Popular, and Featured recipes.
  • Recipes can be grouped based on Categories, Preparation Method, Difficulty Level, Cuisine, and Season 
  • Management section to allow Recipe owner to moderate all recipes

Posting features

  • Post description of Recipe including preparation methods, direction, and nutritional info
  • Poster can use Privacy settings to control access to viewing or commenting on recipes 
  • Attach media (images, videos, files) to give a clearer description of the recipe

Viewing Page features

  • Breadcrumbs block for easy navigation between recipe home page, view page, and category page
  • Members can indicate their interest in a recipe
  • Members can share recipes on Social Media
  • Members can vote up/down a Recipe listing

Administration features

  • UNA ACL functionality can be used to control browsing, viewing, and posting access. Access control can be managed by going to Studio -> Permissions
  • Administrator can Feature recipes
  • Administrator can configure Auto-approve mode (on/off via Studio).
