require_once BX_DIRECTORY_PATH_PLUGINS . 'twilio/sdk/src/Twilio/autoload.php'; // Loads the library

NOT

require_once BX_DIRECTORY_PATH_PLUGINS . 'Twilio/autoload.php'; // Loads the library
