The Lucid module will not update and the error message is very generic. Has anyone ran into this and have a solution?

Good day, I have a user account that is unable to log into a UNA install with UNA returning a reason along the lines of "suspected SPAM." How do I go about letting this user account login again?

I've initiated an uninstall of Messenger. However, UNA 12.1.0 states it will not complete uninstall until all Messenger files have been removed. Which files and path are being referred to? Any quick assistance would be appreciated!

In performance testing today I discovered that UNA appears to be calling ffmpeg on the load of pages with video content.  Why is this occurring and what can be done to stop it?  A video conversion shouldn't be performed on page load.  Here's a section of the command being run

I am working on a customized version of the UNA mobile app.  When I compile and run the mobile app the title of the app is not fully displayed (ex. "Amity Horro...").  Where can I find the code to fix this?  Is it possible to include a single quote (ex. ' ) in the title?
