Has anyone had any issues installing the Contact Module on UNA 12.1.0 self hosted? I wanted to create an email form for users to contact us and I came across this module. When I try to install it, I get the error in the screenshot.
I assume that this module is supported so I tried to remove it, clear the server caches, etc and nothing helps.
Hi everyone, I am having an issue with the main menu on the desktop site and the mobile app. I wanted the menu bar to appear on the top in the mobile app and I thought that if I "hide" the menu items in the Homepage submenu from "desktop" they wouldn't appear there and only on the mobile app, which they do. The problem is that even though they are hidden, the empty "banner" still shows (highlighted in red) and I can't seem to get it to go away. Also, on some pages, this banner will appear completely and with the page text as in the other screenshot.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of how to suppress this banner on the desktop but let it work properly on the mobile app? Just to be clear, I have tried hiding the "menu items" from desktop in the menu settings...
One of our Developers came across an issue where running "npx react-native run-android", would fail at line 703 in the app.js file and he fixed it on our end by removing the "#" on the line. Are we the only one who noticed this?
I am UNA administration and would like to export a list of the "permissions" for each level within our sites so I can perform an audit and make changes as needed. Is anyone aware of a way to do this against the SQL database?
I'm not familiar with the DB structure and haven't used SQL in a long time, any help would be appreciated thanks.
I inherited an UNA server and out of all 3 that we run, this one was an existing server which we upgraded from 10.x to 12.1.0. The company I work for had a site built over a year ago and we wanted start using it so I performed the upgrade including all modules as we incremented versions. Yesterday when testing the server on 12.0.1, I noticed that when I created a new conversation or post if any of the users replied, as soon as I went to click to view the thread, I would get an http 500 error. The unusual thing about this is that if I go to the user's profile I can see their comment but when I try to view the entire thread, I get that error.
Thinking that this was an issue with 12.0.1 I upgrade to 12.1.0 and still saw the same issue. I then removed and reinstalled the conversations and timeline modules thinking that this was the cause and made sure that everything matched the settings on the other 2 servers we run. I even thought that changing PHP from 7.4 to 8.x would resolve this but no such luck.
My only hint that something is wrong is in the error log below and prior to upgrading to 12.1.0, I got an error about modified files for author_link.html, author.html, form.css and unit_meta_item.html being modified and so I had to force the upgrade. I did make a backup of the files prior to upgrading but they appear to be identical to the files placed during the upgrade.
Does anyone have any ideas where to look to resolve this? Thanks 🙏
