How do i remove the extra words on the leader board that says "Leaderboard of the..." and how if possible do I set up my block like the one on the UNA homepage?

I was wondering if there was a way to make every time you load into the homepage you get a pop up that can be used to post site updates in text. 

Whenever a user tries to purchase points they come across an error that states the provider does not accept payment even though I have the payment module. How do I fix this?

How do I give the people that post a coin whenever someone likes the post? 

The payment system for my point system cash out does not work currently... Any fixes? I want to be able to pay pal them the cash but I get this blank box I cannot select or click.
