Tags are working u can see it on my site how it will be looks like
for tags u need the module Channels [ https://una.io/page/view-product?id=143 ] its free to use
People can set hashtags in all places were u have a editor on site. I love this module really.
At my first time i was confused, UNA call it channels, but they are Hashtags with own profiles, but u can make own translation and call it Hashtags or tags.
#channels,#hashtags,#kinkyc,#german,#english,Hashtags under profile, it is the own profile discription box
Followed Hashtags / Channels in timeline:
Popular Hashtags insert as Trends:
Hashtag / Channel profile with there own content:

I would choose Spaces. Andrew Boon wrote a great post in the past that explains the differences. See below:
#Spaces module is the most capable of all context-modules since it supports sub-spaces. We generally recommend it for structuring websites by some predefined pattern, like regions, schools, specialities, etc. Say, if you are creating a network for a country, you could use Spaces to generate contexts for States and Towns. Spaces can be private, public and secret.#Groups are more generic. People have certain preconceptions about how Groups work and that makes them useful for allowing standard members create ad-hoc groups without any predefined hierarchy. Groups can not have subgroups. So, people can just add a group like "Proud Bikies" or "We all love pizza" and use it as they will. Groups can be private, public and secret.#Channels are different. They are auto-generated from hashtags and labels. You can pre-create labels for various modules to suggest associations and steer the community towards certain topics. Channels can be followed, but can't be joined. They are always public. Unique feature is that you can associate content items with multiple channels, while you can only post them to one Group or Space, because Groups and Spaces privacy settings define content visibility, making it impossible to post to multiple without complex cross-checking. -

I have made a test account with limited permissions and now seeing this error page on channels posted as 'updates' but seem to be able to follow a channel made as a 'post.'
Alex T⚜️ Andrew Boon I am now seeing it as well with the
#Channels on this post again... Maybe something slipped through with the RC2 Update, undoing the fix? -
Howdy people. #Channels is a collection of #hashtags. The default order that those items are displayed in is "New Top Top Level Search"
This means the most recent hashtags will be displayed. What I'd like to do is show the Top items first. Is there a way to change this so that Channels shows Top by default? This way I can find out which hashtags aren't worth keeping.
I'm hoping I can make it: "Top New Top Level Search"
I'd like to allow a #hashtag to be owned by or attributed to the person that first used it on my site. By default in Studio -> Channels, "Default author for automatically created channels" was not set. In that configuration, I had to manually create channels/hashtags to show in page/channels-home. Today I set up an Organization so that I could populate the "Default author for automatically created channels" with that Org's name in hopes that that would get the system to start collecting automatically hashtags and adding them to page/channels-home. Is that the correct way to get the system to automatically collect hashtags when people use new ones? Will those new hashtags be attributed to the authors of those new hashtags?
Thanks in advance for any info on this mechanism!
EDIT*
I have a set of tests that show that #channels / #hashtags work (at least after) assigning a "Default author for automatically created channels," but maybe even before that (untested). The takeaway is: if you're busy manually creating #channels / #hashtags, then it is possible you are assuming they are not being added to the #channels page automatically; and also it might be required that you create an #Org (alternative account) and then assign it as "default author" in the #channels app. God only knows how it really works because there's really no solid #documentation for most of this, but I suggest creating a second catch-all account (an Org), and then assign it as "Default author for automatically created channels" in the #channels app. After that, creating NEW #hashtags should show up automatically on the #channels page.
when i go in the backend i can do
Default author for automatically created channels
ok done. nothing is changing. is there any way to create with more then one person #channels? how we create 'channels with one person or better with all moderators and admins
I'm testing features for a new site and having trouble with the #Channels...
1 - When publishing an 'Update' with a #Hashtag, it only goes to an error 'This page isn't working' regardless of user/permission settings. Is it a limitation of publishing an 'Update' versus a 'Post'?
2 - When using a #Hashtag within a 'Post' it will produce a 'page was not found' error UNLESS the 'Edit Any Channel' option is enabled, then it will allow the user to see the Channel page. My problem is that is allows the user to delete the channel, even though the permission is disabled. Is there another section of Permissions or Channels that I should check?
Is there a better way to allow users to follow hashtags?

Hello
The problem appeared after RC1, when Custom Privacy Groups were added. From that time and until RC2 all newly created Group based profiles (Channels, Groups and Events) received pending status by default. We'll update such profiles on the next update but if somebody wants to do it right now then you may execute the following query in your UNA database:
UPDATE `sys_profiles` SET `status` = 'active' WHERE `type` IN ('bx_groups', 'bx_events', 'bx_channels') AND `status` = 'pending';

Hello, Witches.Chat!
W
Thank you! I found the location. I changed the order to Top New Top Level Search
However, the default is still New instead of Top
This might be a cache issue, or it might be an sql thing. I'm not sure. Ideas?
*edit*
By that I mean, the order of the items has changed, which is perfect, but the actual default operation is to list by New instead of Top. But we want Top to be the default action. Thanks dudes ;)
Hello Witches.Chat !
The problem that the "channels-home" URL was selected for the New Channels area. You may swap the block in the Pages builder between the New and Top pages.
