  • Hi Will Roberts - in response to a few of the points you have raised here:
    1. The UNA Market is Growing! Over the last 6 months the size of the UNA Market has doubled - UNA have launched dozens of new modules and various 3rd Party providers have done the same. AQB Soft are consistently working on updating all the Dolphin Modules into UNA, and as I understand it Modzzz are preparing to do the same. Between these two 3rd Party providers we have most of the Dolphin Modules covered. The advantage  in UNA is that all the 3rd Party Modules are curated and checked by our Dev Team - so you know that they will work. It was an issue with Dolphin of 3rd Apps not working properly and sites 'breaking' because of poor coding - with UNA we ensure that every app released through our UNA Market works.

    2. It is absolutely legal and encouraged that 3rd Party Developers release modules for UNA. UNA is Open Source software, licensed under MIT - so essentially anyone can do anything with it that they please. If you wish to sell apps through UNA Market - there needs to be a point of difference - ie, you can't just copy someone else's app and re-release it under your name, but we absolutely encourage developers to create modules and services for the marketplace - we will support them every step of the way to get there:  there is most of the necessary information for developing apps for UNA here: https://github.com/unaio/una/wiki#development

3.Have you seen the Timeline Module for UNA? it exists already, you can view it here: https://una.io/page/view-product?id=32

    4. We are currently working on the UNA Academy - you can see the UNA Start Guide here: https://una.io/index.php - also we have lots of great content in the UNA Beginners Group Here: https://una.io/page/groups-home

    Any questions, please ask!

What general #direction do you think UNA #development should be focused on in the next 2-3 months?

I have successfully installed una.io into my own host, but need to figure out how I make it similar to what I'm seeing now. Do you know where is the configured template or tell me how to do step by step?

B1 Further update: Errors are still there. The Charts ones are gone, but the ones when going to peoples profiles with SEO links on are still there and can be seen below.

I was wrong the errors came back while I was sleeping last night. So the main thing found when using SEO links alone or with SEO link redirects the urls showing, are not the ones that are actually pulling and showing on the website are fine, but the database error is showing the link with a number at end like if you were to create a new profile example with the same name it adds a number to end. This is with all context areas and profile types.

B1 Update: I will watch these like a hawk, not really I will check in morning and see if they return overnight. Other then that no issues so far since update and usually have at least one by the afternoon.

Just wanted to mention some database errors I have been getting with UNA 13 A3, they may be known, this is also after trying to change version back to A2 and re-upgrading. I was being flooded with the,m, but after the re upgrade they slowed down to maybe 6 a day instead of 100 :D. This is also with all modules, especially Msolutions disabled. I disabled them all before re-upgrading to be on safe side. This is just for bug reporting purposes for most part. This is same with two UNA installations being I host someone who is having the same errors, his being freshly installed since UNA 13 A2. Alot of these areas duplicate when you go into events ofcourse and groups. I see you have one on charts and events in Github reports and a good chance the other context areas may be the same thing.
