AQB APPS PURCHASE STILL NOT WORKING

Does anyone know how to reach AQB, I would like to buy a few app, but the system says payment is not available.... Any way to get these or an alternative?..

Because the crypto is good for transfers but not very suitable for making usual payments. There is no way to pay with crypto in a local market. :)
And to exchange a crypto to a local currency it is necessary to have a working Visa/Mastercard - which are sanctioned. It is like gold - a convenient way to store your money, but it is not convenient in a real life payments.
