Badge System not working.

Hi. the badge system is not working within my admin studio how can i fix this HTTP ERROR 500?

      When you meet the error 500 it means that you may find the records about the reason in your server's error log. Please provide us the latest message sfrom there.

                  I am also getting a similar error, I tried uploading an image as the icon and the error "Token expired. Please try again" was displayed. After a couple attempts to upload, the webpage displayed HTTP ERROR 500. I went into my apache error log file and copied the error which I put above. I have also tried using the solution from GitHub but I'm still getting the same error.
