Imagick Photo Optimiser Ext

Does UNA work with the Imagick PHP extension to optimize images on the website for faster loading? My photo files even though not large files seem to be bogging down web page load speeds... or any other solution?

Hello @Scotti !
In the Studio->Developer app you may disable the "Use GD library for image processing" option. In this case all new images will be processed with alternative image tool from the server.

No, only for the images uploaded after this option deactivation.

Hi @LeonidS ... should I deactivate before installing new ext on server or after? or... does not matter?

No matter, it will start to work with first new upload.
