Podcast using Stream App

Is there any way the Stream App can be used as a Podcast or a duplicate mod to be converted into a Podcast app? I understand that Livestreaming won't be available for UNA Cloud members by the time 13 is rolled out. I would like something unique for my users to have at least to keep them coming back on the site. My original idea for my site was to have users be able to livestream events and create content that they could generate revenue from. Many users are starting to now do this using Zoom, Clubhouse, and many other apps now. Most of the apps that I was counting on no longer work during UNA 13 beta testing...I had thought UNA created a special team that would help UNA Cloud members and others with projects and apps. Yasko Studios I believe it was called.
