May you please specify this part "complained about mode-rewrite". Do they mean any custom mode or what?

I have been monitoring to see if anyone else would raise same issue but none yet.

Now I need the feature to work.

Sorry I missed the proper description - it's mod_rewrite 

It seems they just found the only thing marked as "read" in the Studio->Dashboard->Server audit area - those things usually aren't connected. So if you have similar trouble with video plz PM me your UNA studio and Cpanel access.

Hi LeonidS I think the issue is beyond wrong permission of ffmpeg. This is the situation since you made correction.

Still unsuccessful.
