Hello - we have downloaded the messenger installation, but when we put in it UNA studio and on our website, the page is just blank. Does anyone know how to solve this? Help is much appreciated! Thank you!
Hi - does anyone have any knowledge about how we can change colors and fonts in Protean? Is there somewhere we can put HTML code to pick different colors for our website than just standard white? Additionally we are wondering if it is possible to change the font throughout? If anyone has any experience or tips in this space it would be very helpful!

Thanks for this, we found that last week, but the app still doesn't function properly. It loads, but often when users go to use it, it just says "connecting" and does not allow you to type a message. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
