My top 3 would be: 1. Engagement (onboarding, emails, notifications, virality) 2. Security (anti-hacking, anti-spam, actions limits, gradual access, emergency tools, compliance, 2-factor auth) 3. New Features (live-streaming, webmail, embeds, mentions, tasks, etc).

1. Security because it should always be first :D 2. Usability. 3. Design So far UNA is great, but it's not excellent. each area should be polished before adding more. attached picture is an example I just saw a min ago. Not a big issue, but it's not polished. I'm tempted to go through and make a list. I'm still on the fence about una. On one hand I want to dive in and help and on the other I have a several websites I need to focus on in 2018.
