ffmpeg.exe incompatible with windows 10 (XAMPP)

Hi guys,

Do we have a 64 bit ffmpeg,exe available somewhere. I've installed UNA on XAMMP using windows 10 platform.

You may download a certain version for Windows here https://ffmpeg.org/download.html and then replace the default ffmpeg here located inside the plugins/ffmpeg/ folder.
