gif files are not animated if uploaded from storage

Hello UNA team,

In my trials, I found that gif files are losing their animation ability if I load them through studio>storage.

      Please specify some points:

      1) How does animation work in other areas?

      2) Try to change the "Use GD library for image processing " parameter in Studio->Developer App and repeat the procedure again.

        1. if I load through ftp gif are working.

        2. I disabled GD library and it didnt change.

        • It depends on particular place, in some transcoders files are converted to JPG then animation is lost, since JPEG format doesn't support animation. If GD driver is used then animation is lost even when GIF format is preserved, since GD doesn't support GIF animation. If you disable GD, then ImageMagick driver is used, but in most cases it isn't installed, you need to install ImageMagick php extension to make it work.
