[Solved] Messenger stuck on Connecting - Can't send messages
When sending a message, it says "Connecting.........." I checked the OneSignal settings and they seem to be set up correctly. The problem persists after clearing the cache.

Messenger is one of the best UNA apps @Alexey we are having some problems with formatting on messenger, with regards the "message send icons"

My messenger send icons are fine but the top ones are just like that

Could you please specify which template and UNA version do you have?

This problem can be connected with Jot Server, you need to be sure that Jot Server is started and working or may be you lost Jot Server URL in Messenger settings.
Provide me please with studio access info via PM I will check.

It looks like reinstalling JOT will fix the "connecting" issue.

Yes, dear @RJ Arsenault :-) As we discovered your site was using the JOT from other domain at all.
