Hello, in the RC Version i can´t upload files under File module :(
Thanks for sharing. When I tried to upload files under "groups" module, it worked OK. Hope this help.

files can be uploaded on my side but for some reason only a title can be added after editing the file- after RC-1- not while uploading
Trying to upload any file in comments doesn't upload anything either

There is no title field in file upload form 'add file', should there be one?
totally agree. I don't understand why this is not a default feature to add a title. @Karina
It should act like the photo mod I think - where after each file upload the title field appears
